Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse – Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse – Stone Oak & North San Antonio

If you are looking for a fun, unique & delicious dining experience, you have got to try Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse in Stone Oak / North San Antonio

As you walk in, the aromas & the surroundings immediatley transport you “to the home of the gauchos, Rio Grande do Sol.”

After you are shown to your table, the dining experience (process) begins…And, Dining at Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse IS a process…a fun process!

After your drink orders are taken, you head to the “bountiful salad bar.”  And let me tell you, it is loaded with everything from fresh vegitables to extraordinary cheeses!

Then the meat process begins.  Here’s how it goes…You have a little card at your table that is red on one side & green on the other.  When you are ready for some meat, you simply place the card green side up.  The gauchos will immediately come by your table with the large skewers of meat…everything from lamb, to pork, to chicken, to beef…and we are talking the good stuff… prime cuts of sirloin, bacon wrapped filet or chicken, perfectly seasoned rack of lamb, ribeye lightly dusted with sea salt…you get the idea!

Flip the card over to red when you have what you want on your plate & then, you eat to your heart’s delight…as much as you want!  Anytime you want more or want to try something else, just flip it back over to green & here come the gauchos again!

Don’t get too full though, because they also have scrumptious deserts!  You have to try the Papaya Creme…mmm!

Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is located on Sonterra Place, just west of Stone Oak Pkwy & North of 1604.
